Take top 6 conferences graded by KenPom or RPI, Then next 6....
Anybody that moves to a power 6 gets paid $250k for discovery and development.
Anybody that moves to a next 6 conference gets $125k for same
Anybody going to another team in same conference gets $100k from new team
Lateral moves no cost
Moving down no cost
Anyone moving to home town DMA gets extra year eligibility
D2 or D3 up to D1 is $25k
Fees are Added to budget or NIL and not just included
We would have gotten $125k a couple years ago for Josiah and $500k this year for Shemarri and RayQ, while paying out $25k to Lincoln for Artese
