Well, almost all college coaches are at the final 4... a giant meat market for the industry... guys networking and laughing at each other's joke... the most popular guys are the ones hiring... we kept our entire staff for two years which is VERY rare and good for us. This is because we have started to pay guys a little better... hard to turn down offers that are 100k better than what you have... if we can get the same top guys for 3 years.. we should be doing well for same consistency on offense and defense.
When everyone gets back... a mad dash til signing day... then waiting to land the late year surprise... waiting on summer school JUCO graduations or NCAA rulings on red shirts... We should have a good idea who we are end of April.... I will be on a cruise and dying for info... but have to wait til I get back.
