The home game schedule is soft with 3 NAIA schools Avila, St Mary, Tabor, SEMO, Portland St. Omaha is playing 4 non D1 teams on their home schedule. I wish the NCAA forced teams to play regular games against D1 teams. It would make for better games for fans to watch. Roads games against Linwood, Bowling Green, and ETSU should all be competitive games. Money games are KU, Baylor, and Colorado St. The conference should be more level with ORU losing key players. Any thoughts?

Should the league replace WIU, in order to get a couple more conference games (and fewer NAIA games?
Augustana seems to be the only school that wants in.

D2 is too much of a risk since we can lose a lot of those games at season start.... I just wish there was a general schedule that could be made like the NFL... so each team plays 6 games for money or choice .... then by conference. RPI 31 conference plays 32 for 8 games.... RPI 22 plays 21, 18 plays 17, 8 plays 9, 2 plays 1.... blah blah... then the top teams don't get to have 10 practice games where they develop players on the floor while guys at our level fight for their lives every game. We would still get pay games and external or patsy games but then... this year... it would be the Big Sky... either 3 home and 3 away.... or 4 home and 4 away... not just one... but the next year might be Ivy league... or Big West with Gonzaga..

I would like a tournament or games every year where the MO. D1 teams all play each other. Kansas City, SMSU, SeMo, Linnewood, Mizzou, St. Louis. Each team gets 3 home games and 3 road games. They could use T Mobile for big games in KC for seating. Iowa requires the 4 D1 teams to play each year to keep the money in state and make great matchups for the fans! The crowds love the in state match ups but Mizzou currently is no playing any of the state schools after the Roos have beat them the last 2 times. Option 2 is Stateline battle with MO. Schools playing Illinois D1 schools. They have a bunch of mid major teams!

bigroo... that would fit perfectly with my plan.... Imagine our home schedule of SEMO, St. Louis, Missouri State and the 4 big sky guys.... We would NEED a new arena then.
