Tommy Bruner, from Denver U, is bringing his 26.1 points per game to KC this Thursday night at 7. He has scored over 30 points 7 times this season. He scored 49 against South Dakota last Thursday night. He can score from everywhere on the court. Should be a fun up and down game with lots of points being scored. Can the Roos guards slow Bruner down on offense and make shots from the 3 point line? It should be a good test as Faas, Brown, and Petty are all playing and shooting well from the outside!

The Roos get a big home win and keep Bruner to 20 points! Brown and Faas are hot from 3 point line. The guards have more assist than turnovers, Petty plays well scoring around 10; points. Just my predictions! Any thoughts?

Held Bruner to 12 points and zero made three pointers! Took care of the ball and played good defense for 40 minutes!

Great win! Tyler Andrews was focused and on fire tonight! Everybody contributed!
South Dakota’s coach called us the most athletic and most physical team in the league after we beat them last week. I am starting to believe in our guys. We are certainly in the conference mix!

Man, it’s crazy to think that we’re a 2OT game away from sitting atop first place. This team is so fun to watch and deserves a sold-out Swinney every time!

March is really what matters in this league. I think the Roos will be ready.

I always thought Coach Rich's teams showed flashes of decency but just couldn't do it consistently.
Coach Menzies' teams show flashes of greatness. It's still a roller coaster. I'm hopeful that the consistency will come and the Roos will be great for years to come.

This is a league that is down from previous years so could be a good meeting point with our young team... Last night, for the first time, I thought we could defend... last year we could defend but could not make any buckets.... Guys that don't make me say NOOOOOOO!!!! when they shoot... Faas, Jamar, Petty, Tyler, Yulian.... that is a lot and 2 are freshmen... Yulian had an NBA drive to the basket last night.. but a couple guys can hold their own against good teams by being able to defend.... look at the BABA gift from heaven as a PG.... nearly 3 to 1 assist to TO ratio...was not a PG at beginning of season...You could call that coaching but really I think it is culture. Congrats Marv.
