I love my roos no doubt.... I am looking forward to a better schedule... I understand the idea of sure thing wins.... but maybe wins by 20 instead of 70... keep games at D1 level... I understand the Christian College stuff does not hurt your Kenpom... but I want to see our team preparing for the best.

I am looking forward to better home pre conference games. I just hope the team is competitive against better teams!

I am looking forward to better home pre conference games. I just hope the team is competitive against better teams! A middle ground between WFJ and KU might be playing Ohio Valley Conference and Horizon League teams. Those conferences are midwestern-ish and are rated immediately below the Summit in the Sagarin ratings. Wins over any of their programs would be legit D-I victories.

I agree with Perry. We need to be playing teams from peer conferences like the Horizon and OVC. Maybe 2 games per season against Power 5 schools and no more church league games.

I would be okay with maybe 1 NAIA game, and would love Horizon and Ohio Valley games. I don’t think there is much to gain with playing a DII school or local powerhouse like Kansas. It might help our team get better, but a potential DII loss or a blow out against KU only hurt our brand. Maybe at some point when we are at a level to have more confidence in the result.
